Through this package, we offer our client the best possible solution to manage, control and track his vehicle(s). I-Manage allows the client to remotely control and track the vehicle through his mobile phone as well as through Web. The client can also control the vehicle through our 24/7 customer services department. The salient features of I-Manage include the following:

  • Control Through Mobile

Through this feature of I-Manage, you will be able to track and control your vehicle(s) through your mobile phone. As an authorized Contact person you can use your GSM phone to activate or disarm vehicle security features through 2-RING and 4-RING phone calls or short message commands. In addition, you can remote control certain security features, like locking or unlocking the vehicle doors, enabling or disabling engine immobilizer via short message commands

 

  • Web Tracking

Using this feature of I-Manage, the client can track the vehicle(s) through the web. The client will be provided with a login and password which will give him access to Web Tracking.

  • Remote Engine Block

Our unit also provides the facility of remote engine blocking in case of emergency like snatching, kidnapping, harassment, or tempering. You can easily do it by sending an SMS through your authorized mobile phone to the tracking unit. The engine can only be un-blocked through authorized mobile phone or from control centre.

  • Get Position

This feature helps you to get the exact and up-to-date location of your vehicle.

  • Geo Fence

Through this feature, your desired area or city is enclosed in a “satellite ring”. This is an invisible wall that keeps you informed once your vehicle crosses its boundary both for inward (Go Area) and outward movement (No-Go Area). Geo-fencing can be carried out both by our control centre and by the user through our web-site.  Every time your vehicle goes out of or into the defined ring, the system will trigger an alarm both to our control centre and to the customer on his cellular phone, and after confirming with you, your vehicle will be allowed to pass. However, if this movement is unwarranted, we will shut the vehicle down and recover it for you. The customer can also control his car through his cellular phone and even immobilize the engine.

  • Log History

We provide accurate mobile vehicle monitoring to locate your vehicle and also provide details like date and time, speed (with violations). History of your vehicle can also be recorded and saved by I-Track. The customer is sent the log history of his vehicle on daily, weekly or monthly basis, as per his requirement, via e-mail or courier services.

  • Reference Point

You can set different reference locations for your vehicle and can know where your car is heading and at what speed and how far it is from the specified reference location that you have set. Maximum of five references can be set from your mobile as per your priorities.

  • Remote Conversation with Driver

We provide you with the service of remote conversation within your car; you can talk to your loved ones, your family, driver and friends just by calling from your land line number or mobile and get in touch with them on hand-free phone. Our tracking unit acts just like an ordinary cellular phone in this case for two way communication.

  • Real Time Speed and Location

We also give you the facility from which you can easily get to know where exactly your car is and even where it is heading to and at what speed. You can either receive this information on your mobile or can see it on the map by logging on to our website or by calling our control center.

  • Vehicle Activation and De-activation

This feature allows you to remotely activate and de-activate the security of your vehicle.

  • Door Alerts

If the car door has been opened while the Vehicle Unit is in armed status:
The alarm siren will sound for 30 seconds. The Vehicle Unit will send an alarm message with updated GPS positions to the Control Base. The Control Base software will find the street name and closest intersection from a map server and send these details through SMS short messages to a list of up to three authorized Contact persons.

  • Battery Alerts

If the Vehicle Unit has been removed or cut from the main power source or the car battery gets too low, the following car alarm features will come into effect. The Vehicle Unit will send an alarm message with GPS position to the Control Base.The Control Base software will find the street name and closest intersection from a map server and send these details through SMS short messages to a list of up to three authorized Contact persons.

  • Panic Button:

A panic button is located in a place of your choice within the vehicle. This button, if pressed, will provide you with our emergency assistance, in case of snatching, kidnapping, harassment, etc. Once pressed, this button raises an alarm in our control room and consecutively generates SMS every minute for next 30 minutes. In addition the tracking unit connects silent call to the authorized contact number, who can listen to the live events inside the vehicle. Further decision can be taken either by the customer or by control centre for engine immobilization or otherwise.
