Customer services Representatives also interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about I-Track’s products or services and to handle and resolve complaints. They communicate with customers through a variety of means—by telephone; by e-mail, fax, regular mail; or in person.
Many of the I-Track customers’ inquiries involve routine questions and requests. For example, Customer Service Representatives may be asked to provide a customer with a location of the vehicle, or to check on the current status of the vehicle. In handling customers’ complaints, our Customer Service Representatives attempt to resolve the problem according to guidelines established by the company. These procedures may involve asking questions to determine the validity of a complaint and then offering possible solutions. In some cases, Customer Service Representatives are required to follow up with an individual customer until a question is answered or an issue is resolved.
Our Customer Service Representatives also help prospective clients decide what types of products or services would best suit their needs. Customer Service Representatives also make changes or updates to a customer’s profile or account information.

Through this feature, your desired area or city is enclosed in a “satellite ring”. This is an invisible wall that keeps you informed once your vehicle crosses its boundary both for inward (Go Area) and outward movement (No-Go Area). Geo-fencing can be carried out both by our control centre and by the user through our web-site. Every time your vehicle goes out of or into the defined ring, the system will trigger an alarm both to our control centre and to the customer on his cellular phone, and after confirming with you, your vehicle will be allowed to pass. However, if this movement is unwarranted, we will shut the vehicle down and recover it for you

I-Track Vehicle Security System

I-Track (Pvt.) Ltd. warrants to the purchaser that this product, under normal use and conditions, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase. If a product proves defective during this warranty period, I-Track, at its option, either will repair the defective product without charge for parts and labor, or will provide an exchange for the defective product.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, the purchaser must notify I-Track of the defect before the expiration of the warranty period and make suitable arrangements for the performance of service.

This warranty shall not apply to any defect, failure or damage caused by improper use or improper or inadequate maintenance and care, alterations, mishandling or accidents. I-Track shall not be obligated to furnish service under this warranty to costs incurred for installation, to correction of antenna problems, removal or reinstallation or to damage to video tapes, discs, speakers, accessories or vehicle electrical system.

The extend of I-Track’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above and, in no event, shall the company’s liability exceed the purchase price paid for this product.

The I-Track vehicle security system is equipped with a variety of basic anti-theft or car alarm features.

As an authorized Contact person you can use your GSM phone to activate or disarm vehicle security features through 2-RING and 4-RING phone calls or short message commands. Alternately, you will be able to activate or disarm the Vehicle Unit or query its location and status over

Internet Website or GPRS enabled

cell phones. In addition, you can remote

control certain security features, like locsking

or unlocking the vehicle doors, enabling or disabling engine immobilizer via short message commands

If car doors have been opened, your vehicle has been moved or the Vehicle Unit has been cut off from the main power source while the vehicle security is in armed status, car alarm will sound and send alarm messages with GPS positions and status reports to all Contact numbers. You will also be able to track your vehicle on a Website via Internet Explorer or mobile on GPRS enabled cell phones.The Vehicle Unit comes with one SOS Push Button designed for emergency calls, accidents or hijacking. It should be placed at a hidden place within reach of the driver on the dashboard. The SOS Button will report emergency calls and accidents immediately to Control Base and Contact persons. In addition, existing crash sensors can be applied to automatically report traffic accidents. You will be enabled to setup and configure monitoring activities and alerts to the Vehicle Unit, using Control Base software or Tracking Web services via Internet Explorer or mobile on GPRS enabled cell phones

You can define and load up to 4 restricted areas (Geo-Fence areas) to your device and setup maximum speed limits. From your Control Base software or over Internet Websites you are able to setup tracking schedules and track vehicles in real time.
